Turkey Jerky
I have so much turkey left over from Thanksgiving! I bought a meat dryer and I have been making turkey jerky. I made smoked turkey, and peppery turkey, and honey turkey, and maple turkey. Sheesh, you name it, I dried it and seasoned it. We bought two 16 pound turkeys this year. Obviously no one ate as much as we anticipated. Oops! But now we have all this jerky! I've been chewing on it all day, especially when I am at the computer doing a people search. I find the peppery one the best for when I want to do a background check on someone. I've also been trying to find a girlfriend for my brother, and I find that the maple turkey goes best when I am on Consumer-Advocate.org-Online Dating, but my brother has no idea I am doing this...so .....shhhhhh!
